Bike was in my apartment building's shared laundry room/bike storage room. A key is required to enter the courtyard and the laundry room. I left it at around 4:30 PM on Wednesday, July 8 (2015), and found it missing at 12:30 PM on Thursday, July 9. I must have forgotten to lock it (I never forget--until then anyway). Thief ripped off the crate sitting on back rack and left it at scene with helmet and closed U-lock.

The lock was still attached to the pole but the bike was gone. Someone was sitting near the window the entire time and cannot recall seeing any activity, and another person in the shop came and left and did not notice anything.
