I also had a black milk crate attached to the rear rack via bungee cord. The milk crate attached to my bike contained a white Kryptonite U-lock (which I have the keys to, but was also stolen).

I arrived home around 6:45 PM on September 27th. I had to be at a concert by 7:00 PM and was running late, so I left my bike unlocked where I typically do below our coach house porch. After running inside to change and grab some food I ordered an Uber to the concert and left my house around 7:10. My bike was still there when I left the house, but I did not return until the next morning (Sept. 28th) around 11:30. When I came home in the morning it was gone.

My son who has special needs borrowed the bike without asking and when it started raining, locked the bike to a wooden stump- not understanding that the "locked" bike could be easily lifted from the stump and the lock removed later. When he went back for the bike two days later, the bike was not there. This occurred in front of the AT&T building on Bryn Mawr at the corner of Wolcott in the Bowmanville neighborhood. This bike has sentimental value. Thank you.
