Incident Description: 
I had the bike inside my apartment kitchen and moved it outside on the deck with the intention of moving it to storage unit shortly after. I had changed clothes after getting rained on, then came back 10 minutes later and it was gone. The deck is enclosed in a locked gate and is not visible from the alley. I have reasons to believe this was a targeted theft, not random. My neighbor witnessed two males late teens/early 20s running out of the back gate. Incident Description: 
Someone hopped the fence and entered the front yard where the bike was locked on the inside of the fence. They disassembled the front of the bike leaving the tire and the u-lock and hopped the fence back sometime around 8pm. The home has a security camera, and we are working to pull an image or get a time stamp on the theft.
