Incident Description:
Bike stolen from inside the locked patio area of a 12-unit apartment building. Other tenants store their bikes here without locking them and I'd done this for months without a problem (a neighbor of mine stores his bike unlocked next to mine and his was not stolen). Best guess is that someone left the gate unlocked for a short time by accident. Hoping it wasn't a really despicable neighbor.
