Bike was u-locked to itself, and then locked to a metal pole in the basement of my building by a cable lock. The cable lock was cut and left, no sign of the u-lock. Wasn't checked for about a week.
Incident Description: 
Person must have opened a window to get into the basement, cut the cable lock and carried the bike off locked to itself. It could have been stolen any time during the past week, since I hadn't checked on it in that time.

Very similar. The handle bars are black on mine though.

The gear shifts do not match the handle part because they were replaced several years ago. The rear tire is much newer then the front tire (I bought it a few weeks before my bike was stolen).

I locked the bike with a U lock through the front tire and frame. I also used a cable lock with combo to lock the seat to the rear tire and around the frame near the pedals. My front tire can be unlatched so they must have unlatched my front tire and got the frame loose. My wire/combo lock must have been cut with strong cutters as the rear tire wouldn't move if it was all still locked together. All that is left is the front tire and u lock locked to the street sign.

The rear fender was blue and white, with a V shape and a round rear reflector set into it.

Guessing it was stolen when foot-traffic was minimal and a delivery truck was parked in front of where my bike was parked. Also would guess that the lock wasn't fully engaged and the thief just popped it open, they picked the lock or cut the cable. Didn't leave anything behind though.
