I heard a car pull up around 330pm when I was in a meeting and then speed of really quickly. I knew it was my bike because I work in a facility for people with disabilities and it was right as everyone was leaving so someone definitely saw what happened or they were in a hurry because of the numerous people around. They left the front tire and the bike after having disassembled the bike.

Also had another couple white "stress" type marks on the upper bar of the frame near the neck. Had a little white headlight (Pharos).
