The bike is in relatively good condition with minor repairs. The black paint on the topside of the frame is slightly chipped away from use, and the sides of the seat are slightly worn with yellow foam exposed from use. I had installed a Topeak bike rack to the rear part of the bike, and have new black handlebar tape with red plugs at the knobs of the handlebar. There will be a mount and a light attached to the seatpost and handlebars.

I believe an individual entered my building at 550 W. Arlington Pl, Chicago, IL, then subsequently entered the bike room and took the bike directly from the room without removing the U-Lock which was attached to the bike connecting the frame with the front wheel.
